Custom Footbeds
No matter what sport or activity you participate in, from skiing or
snowboarding to skating, from walking to biking… footbeds can make a
positive difference in your life! Sports Hut handles the award winning
performance line from Superfeet.
Footbeds provide the ultimate in support, sensitivity, comfort and power
transmission. Regardless of the characteristics of your feet (high arch?
significant pronation? extra wide feet?) Superfeet can make a difference!
Your balance, control and (in sports like skiing) turning abilities will
improve with ease. It's kind of like adding "power steering" to your skiing!
Custom footbeds will help stabilize your stance, and will assist in keeping
your body aligned properly from the ankles through the knees and hips. This
will keep the muscles in your legs from being overworked, which leads to an
abundance of energy saved to be dispersed elsewhere.
Superfeet realign your feet to it's most comfortable position allowing better
stability and balance while skiing, skating, running or even biking! Most
ski boots, skates and shoes feature stock "flat" insoles. Superfeet custom
three dimensional insoles are the shape of YOUR feet, and that can alleviate
pain and problems in your feet, ankles, knees, arches and shins.
For winter activities like skiing and snowboarding, ask about the "Superfit
Winter Comfort" models. With a Kork base and a top sheet complete with
Outlast for temperature management, these work great!
The Superfeet "Custom Black" footbeds work for many other uses, including
(but not limited to) alpine and nordic skiing, snowboarding, hockey and
inline skates, mountain bike shoes, golf shoes, tennis shoes and everyday
walking!
If walking, running or hiking is your thing, we suggest the Superfeet
"Custom Green" insoles, which provide even better support and assist with
absorbing impact in these activities, but you can also use "Custom Black"
footbeds.
Sports Hut is one of only a few Superfeet dealers in North America to carry
special limited edition "Custom Grey" insoles. These models are designed
for hockey, figure and inline skates, as well as road bike shoes. The
"Custom Grey" models are slightly narrower to fit well in skates, and
slightly ramped to accommodate the design of skates and shoes with a
higher heel.
Another option is Superfeet's "Trim-To Fit" models. Although not custom
made for your feet, they still provide superior support compared to the
stock insoles that come with most shoes, skates and boots! We carry Active
Blue and Active Grey models, as well as Wintergreen for ski and
snowboard boots.
Many of our customers have been so impressed with how much better their
feet (and ankles, knees, hips and lower back) feel after getting footbeds
made, that they have come back for additionals pairs to put in other
shoes, skates or boots! Sports Hut carries several other models as well.

Women's Berry
Superfeet's new Trim-To-Fit product is specifically designed to address the unique
differences between men's and women's feet and footwear. Women have a shorter arch
length in the same size foot than men, and the Berry design takes this into consideration.
The Berry will fit better into women's athletic shoes. The design of the stabilizer cap
is narrower at the bottom and the heel cup is slightly shallower in depth so that it won't lift
the heel out of the shoe and will accommodate more women's shoe models.
Superfeet Berry also has a self moldable metatarsal ridge and a new forefoot shock pad for
added comfort. The top sheet fabric is treated with AGION, an anti-microbial which helps
fight odor and bacteria.

Your feet are as unique as your fingerprints, so why just slap

with you to find the hockey skate, figure skate, snowboard boot
or ski boot that makes the most sense for you. We'll look at the
volume and curvature of your foot, and help determine how stiff
a boot or skate you need to get the performance that will benefit
you most!
